After 15 years of running a high growth MSP – we learned a lot. These lessons are important because, not only did we create a more cost effective and hyper-profitable MSP, we were also able to use those savings to build better business systems, to create a “wow” experience for our customers and maximise our sales. This took us to heights we could never have imagined and to this day we credit our offshoring journey for leading us on a path of business mastery.
So after a much needed break island hopping, I got to thinking about how we could share our knowledge and experience in building a hyper-profitable MSP. And so Benchmark 365 was born. I knew the best way to help is to give MSP’s access to our offshore team and, at the same time, share our best practices, help them win more sales and offer them the tools we use to run a successful IT company. Most importantly we realised that Benchmark 365 only succeeds if our partners are succeeding too – selling more agreements, growing their client base and giving their customers world class support every single day.
And that’s our story so far. It’s only the beginning but we already have an amazing community of fast growing MSP partners that have joined us.
